Sherwin Williams Salty blue is a hue that allows for creative luxury. In this design I utilized a pop of red and yellow in the vase with the Golden Cane Palm Tree. I tied in the Gold in lay marbled flooring with the cabinets and tub. The Tan area rug by the sink was used to ground the luxurious features. The dark brown floating shelves are utilized to grant stability within the space.
The design intention was to give a spa like feeling while keeping an open space concept. The hue is an accent wall, and allows one to escape into a paradise whilst bathing. Blue produces feelings of calming and helping one to trust and wind down. Blue can also be very healing and uplifting. This hue can easily be combined with neutrals, browns, a pop of color of your choice. I’d keep it light with the accents or accessories to allow the feng shui benefits to flow with ease.
Feng shui Tips: You can utilize this tone to manifest more tranquility within your space. Paired with Gold, it heightens the vibration of blue’s intent to bring harmony. Paired with brown, it provides an earthy element and grounding from feeling such relief and serenity.
